Internship Summary

Reporting to the Network Operations Manager, Operations Support and Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating customer, device and network support activities in this Sydney based telecom company. 

Tasks

▪ Troubleshooting device related issues and responding to device related customer tickets.
▪ Troubleshooting customer complaints and responding to customer support requests in a timely manner
▪ Supporting sales and solutions activities by taking part in surveys, field tests, mini gateway install and maintenance.
▪ Supporting device activation and registration activities
▪ Providing inputs to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Support processes.
▪ Other ad hoc duties within Operations and Support function
